Seattle area support groups- anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, depression, OCD, bipolar 2?

Hello!!

I have been diagnosed with everything listed above (lol) and I have been going to therapy every week, seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication, and really working hard to try to be better but I still find myself struggling with relationships, struggling with making friends, struggling with guilt from mistakes I have made in the past, etc.

Anyone know of any good support groups in the Seattle area? Or on zoom that I can join?

Or, does anyone have advice for someone like me?
