Ah this reminds of that quote “stars can’t shine without darkness”! I love this! I think it’s so true! In my opinion, going through hell and getting to the other side makes us stronger

Yes I agree. Bacon said something similar too: "For the light to shine so brightly, the darkness must also be present." Everything happens for a purpose.
