it’s a good thing because just a while ago I had a terrible breakdown and started thinking about suicide and it really scared me so I decided to reach out for help and the crisis helpline suggested I joined here! So I did and I’m really looking forward to trying something new that may help

Start by responding to other posts that may have similar situations.

You will begin to see that you are not alone in your struggles.

I have been reaching out to multiple posts and replying to them and the more posts I see I feel more comfortable knowing I am not alone. It really helps me out a lot.
