I experience joy when with my husband. I also have plans for a family Thanksgiving on FB, so I'm looking forward to that.I have made strides towards loving myself!

I feel joy when I can check off one more issue with my agoraphobia. Anxiety is high but I manage to shuffle my feet in tiny steps to be able to do one more thing that terrified me before. JOY!
