Hi my name is Samantha I'm 24 years old. My friends and family call me Sammie or sam. I found out last year sometime that my dad has dementia im not taking it well I have not been sleeping and my anxiety has been really bad. I have bipolar insomnia ptsd. So it's been a rough year. I just need some advice or friends to talk to.

My circumstances were different from yours but after my father got diagnosed with cancer I more or less had constant panic attacks (never knowing if today would be the day) untill I got medicated with the right drug. It really helped take the edge off of my anxiety (I also had insomia) and it helped me to sleep better. Not getting sleep makes anxeity so much worse. I dont know if that will help you in your circumstance but, no one deserves to feel the way you do all the time.
