I found out I have Covid. I have been sick for over a week and quarantining for over 5 days. I'm worried my husband or any of my three kids may get it. I'm isolated in my bedroom while they have the rest of the house. It's all so scary.

I'm very sorry to hear this. I heard something about vit d in terms of helping prevent it. Have you heard this? Once you get it, though, I don't know.Get plenty of rest and drink liquids!
