Hi , I have an illness anxiety disorder and I am suffering from this a lot nowadays. In the past I had some urine infection which led me to have urine sensation all the time. I used to feel like I have to pee all the time. It took me almost 6 years to overcome that issue. After multiple tests I came to know that I have an Illness Anxiety Disorder. For last 4 years , I was doing well but then my mom got diagnosed with cancer. I am now really scared of getting cancer. Nowadays, I feel like I have poop sensation all the time. I am really not sure is it because of anxiety. Does anyone have such kind of issue. Please share

Physical exercise can cure this through focus and application....
