I feel stuck - need to move forward worried 😟 overeat

Hi it’s Shnookie. Spoke to my social worker today. We discussed the plans I have for my future including moving to a much cheaper place. It was a good conversation but after this I procrastinated the rest of my day.

Didn’t do my laundry have misplaced an envelope of money in my living room due to ADHD totally out of whack. Tomorrow

I go back to my 3 day a week job where hopefully I’ll totally function on my work.

It’s very draining when I go thru this. I just need to keep on pushing along
