I dnt know how to control my anxiety and my thoughts.it making me depression my heart beats everytime.what do I do

I’m having the same problem especially today. I feel afraid,... of nothing, really...maybe from caffine but also life is scary to me right now. I just meditated in the sun for 10 minutes, just focusing on breathing. Some difficult images arose but I feel a little more grounded. I think I’ll go for longer. Give it a try?

Yes anxiety is awful. Have you talked to your Dr. about this? You may need some med's to help you. I take them every day, it keeps me calm and centered. Non -med's, yes meditation is excellent, get into it for 20 - 30 mins. Hatha Yoga is great, as is exercise, walking, biking, swimming. I have a great therapist who helps me a Lot. Keep busy if you can, painting, coloring books, crosswords, jig saw puzzles, baking, hobbies that engage your hands and mind. I like to cook that is a big help for me. I've only done self taught CBT, but I'm not sure it's about controlling your thoughts as much is it is not letting our thoughts control us. Isolating my thoughts and breaking them down logically really started breaking down their control over my anxiety.

On top of that, stress relieving stuff helped me too. Which in my case were walks, reading and video games.
