Being checked over today

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well during these crazy times.

I’ve been suffering with symptoms again the last few weeks.

Around 2 weeks ago, I woke up with bad pain in my right arm and had to be sick. Felt really unwell and scared.

Last few nights when I’ve tried to fall asleep, I feel like I stop breathing. It’s a strange feeling in my throat/chest and wakes me up (really scary).

Last night I woke up with bad pain in my left upper side, just under my arm pit. Really hurt to move, and yet again instantly had to be sick.

Then managed to fall asleep again for a couple hours, woke up to a pounding heart and chest pain, yet again vomited and couldn’t stop shaking and tightness in my upper back.

I have a lovely GP who is certain this is just anxiety (as if it was heart related I’d probably have had a bigger event by now). He is going to give me a quick once over today to just check and hopefully give me some reassurance.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Thank you! I’ve just seen my GP, he is such an amazing man. He listened to my chest to hear the heart and lungs, he said all sounds good and clear to him, exactly how they should be I’ve now been prescribed a beta blocker to help with this, he really took the time to understand and explain why I’m feeling the way I am
