Not so well started a new just last week and I already called out today because I was feeling upset and anxious. It’s a really good job but I just can’t seem to find the motivation to want to go. I feel alone and can’t seem to get myself to go out. Friends bday was tonight and couldn’t find the strength to get up

I am sorry to hear that! I know it is hard to do things when you can’t find the motivation. My advice would be to do it any way. Find ways to add little joys to your life like reading, spa bath, painting your nails or just doing your hair. I know the lack of motivation makes everything so hard, but one good thing can lead to many more!
