Just an update for those who read my last post.

Hey, y'all Just want to let any of you who saw my last post know that I am better!! What happened last night was that I freaked out because of some stupid little thing in my keyboarding class. I kept hitting the wrong letters and on the site, I use for the class I am unable to backspace, and this just messed with my OCD. I may have been ok with just that but then I happened to click on something else on the site accidentally, and I had to start over, and well I just couldn't take it. My anxiety told me I failed it and then my Depression kicked, and then... well... you know. but after posting on here I texted my friends one line: why am I so scared of my own self tho??? This triggered a response among the three who were still up and I was able to talk to them before I decided it was time to go to bed, but being able to talk to my friends helped and I was able to go to sleep without any harm to myself (well I still did something that I hate myself for a bad habit turned addiction I am trying to break free of but that is a different story) and was able to get some sleep and now I am doing much better. Thanks for the responses I received the other day they were also very helpful.
