Woke up with pain in my right arm. Feels really heavy, weak and sharp stabbing pain every now and then in my arm.
Feel constantly sick to my stomach, shaking and just so upset.
I feel so strange I can’t even describe it. I feel like I’m in a bad dream and terrified that I’m going to collapse and be taken I’ll any moment.
I can’t tell if it’s my anxiety causing this pain or if it’s something really serious.
I’m so scared I feel this intense sensation of impending doom.
Keep thinking my arm is swollen and puffy, however my mums been with me and checking it to her it doesn’t look swollen or anything wrong so makes me feel as if I’m going mad
Any advise is really appreciated

My thinking it's your anxiety. If I remember from one of your post your legs were hurting? Not sure if you are on meds? If so have you taken them yet?
I’ve been getting weird sensations at the bk of my legs into my foot I’m the same with the constant feeling of fear and doom it’s so horrible I can so relate to how your feeling x
Your mum knows you, if you were physically ill she would know it. So the good news is you're not dying despite how you feel, it's a bad attack of health anxiety. The sense of doom is a common symptom, so many have reported it here.
These bad feelings WILL pass before too long. Help them on their way with the breathing exercises: breath in through your nose filling your lungs, hold it for 5 seconds, then breathe out through pursed lips and repeat. This will help to calm you.
I think your anxiety needs to be addressed by your doctor who will either recommend medication to reduce your high anxiety or therapy. Talk to your mum about it.
What happened to get your nerves into this state? Only you know but the cause of your anxiety needs to be addressed and treated.
Thank you all! Still really struggling, heart rate keeps going to 140bmp, sweating and hot and shaking don’t really know what to do! Don’t want to go to hospital and waste people’s time as I know it’s anxiety, but also don’t want to leave it
Accept the sweating and shaking and feeling hot. They are your nervous system's reactions to the fear you are feeding it with. Accept them and stop feeding your nerves with fear. For there is nothing to fear: only the self-made bad thoughts that are no danger to you whatsoever.
