Dealing with Stress

Hi everyone, I am new here and this is my first post. I am someone who frequently gets stressed very easily. I am a college student, and this semester has been worse than others when it comes to stress. I took on more classes than I usually do so I could finish on time, and I am just always feeling overwhelmed. I have notice that my ways of coping with these stress are not healthy. I eat when I am stress. I get overly irritated and often lash out on the people I care about which I really hate and I feel bad about. I also do not keep up with healthy habits when I am overly stress. Do you guys have any advice on how to deal with stress and sway away from the unhealthy coping mechanisms I have fallen into?
