I am a person that gain weight super very easy. I trouble with that a lot of times, but one day many years ago I move from 127 pounds to 170 in 40 days.

That makes me to go in a huge depression and I was gaining even more weight until reach 190.

I really like to eat. I also do not have an exact time to eat. I do not like diets. So at least I stared to eliminate sugar and junk food. Also I stop eating so late at night.

Between meals I ate cucumber with tajin and lemon. A lot of cucumber because I often crave between meals. Or sometimes I eat cactus(nopal) salad.

Then I started to use my stationary bicycle. I began with 5 minutes because I could not do it. I got very tired. Then I tried a couple of minutes more every day. I did this while I watched a movie or a serie show o n TV.

Nothing happen the firsts days. The only difference was that I started to feel more energy after a week.

Then after about 10 days I could do at least 30 minutes of bicycle, and suddenly I began to lose weight as crazy.

I was 165 in 30 days. Sometimes I exercised more than 30 minutes, but after that month I started to work many hours and I came late to my home, so the least I wanted was to exercise.

Now I am 160, but I do not want to exercise anymore. I am always tired. I do not care anymore.

But what I want to said with my long long story is that exercising and substitute junk food for fruits or salads when I was craving really helped me.

Maybe you can try, but just do not give up as I did.

Good luck..
