Crushing chest pains ☹️

Hi I keep getting crushing chest pains like really bad! Even tho I only had an ECG under a week ago and everything was fine I still panic something is wrong! It’s also in my upper back as well it’s it’s got me worried sick ☹️ has anyone had this before?

Hi Mydogb, As long as you have been checked out and everything is okay, it can very

well be from your fear/anxiety. With fear, everything tightens up including the esophagus.

I have had crushing chest pain from an air bubble that can form when eating, drinking or

just swallowing so much air because of our anxiety. I can only tell you from my own experience in what it was like. Of course, Always call your doctor and get his expert

advice by having him address the issue. xx

I tend to have ongoing acid re-flux problems that get worse when I am under stress. It's a very annoying tightness in my chest. I hate it when I feel it.

Last year, when I was having these feelings, I thought it was part of my heart atrial fibrillation problems in which I would have an irregular heartbeat. I went to my doctor and he had an EKG done and my heartbeat was good. That's when he diagnosed it as acid re-flux. If I take a daily anti acid re-flux drug like Prevacid (I think), it's much less of a problem.

I'm not a doctor but that may be what you are experiencing.
