hi i need help because is was diagnosed with depression and i still have told nobody iv had depression for almost 2 year now

Hi it’s great you’ve reached out. Did you just get your diagnosis recently?

Take it at your own pace. It’s hard to open up about depression. I still have not told most of my family about mine. I feel they either wouldn’t understand or wouldn’t be able to help. But I do have a small support group.
