I honestly don’t know what to do anymore

I was taking trazodone to help me with sleep but now I can’t even see the psychiatrist who prescribed it to me because of insurance

Can anyone give me any quick suggestions that might help

I’ve tried melatonin and all that shit but it never works

I just don’t know what to do anymore

Hi originals_lover14. I have tried everything to help with sleep and I'm stuck in a position that nothing has worked and I cant get a psychiatrist because of lack of insurance. Unfortunately, trazadone didn't work either. I still have an odd sleep pattern, but I found a catnip/chamomile/ lavender tea and it does help me sleep for a little bit and makes me very relaxed. Do you like tea? I learned to stay away for over the counter sleep aids. They are "garbage" as my pharmacist says. One made me sleep 3 days straight. It was awful. Also, if I try to relax before bed (which is hard for me), I'll try to turn on the TV or listen to peaceful music and sometimes it puts me to sleep. Reading has helped also. I hope you can get a good night sleep soon.
