Yes I have been on Xanax 1 mg 3x a day and my issue is it used to make me drowsy but I believe my body is immune to it

You said that you take 1mg 3x a day....how does it make you feel overall during the day? Does it ever effect your overall judgment and making decisions; and, does it effect when you drive?

I been on Xanax for 16 years. It started become immune too. I actually have a dr appt this coming week to change my meds to ativan for a short time.

Hi adfreel I was left on 0.25mg once a day for 30 years and became dependent on

them when they no longer worked. I was switched to Ativan for a short time and then

came off all Benzos safely with the help of my doctor.

I am now benzo free, feel amazing. I am on an SSRI (Lexapro) which takes care of

anxiety w/o any side effects of drowsiness. Good Luck adfreel in finding what works
