Why do I get sad, why do I cry, why do people hurt me, why do people break their promises...

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way.

To the first two; Because you are a human being. Human beings cannot and will never always be strong, crying and sadness are not enemies. They are you cleansing yourself, and even if it doesn’t feel like it, can be a positive experience.

To the second two; because humans are imperfect. It is unfair, it is painful, and it is definitely reasonable to feel the way you do. But at the end of the day, remember that every person is on their own path. And some paths are more malicious than others. In that regard, maybe it’s a blessing that you see a person’s true colors so you can remove yourself from it.
