Been Depressed, Looking For Support

It's been a tough year for me, for the obvious reason but for other reasons as well. I really feel I could benefit from some form of group therapy but I don't know where/how to find it. Barring that, I'd settle for any regular activity that encourages focusing on positivity/happiness. With social distancing the new normal, I doubt there's many in-person groups happening but I'd consider virtual groups as well. Anybody do anything like this?

I, too, would be interested in a "virtual group". This COVID isolation coupled with my own anxiety and depression has me practically imprisoned in my own home...(not to mention my own mind).
