Why when you have 1 relatively good day do you feel even worse the next day?
Yesterday was one of the best days I’ve had in the past few months now today all I can think is I don’t want to be hear anymore. 😢

I feel exactly the same. It really sucks. Although been over a week since I had a good day.
Could it be that we do too much on a good day, then the exhaustion catches up with us?
Pacing ourselves could be the answer, but isn't it difficult reminding ourselves not to do things when we feel good and want to do them?
Tiredness plays tricks on the mind. I'd try to dismiss the negative thoughts . It's ok to rest. You had a good day yesterday so why not spend the rest of today and maybe tomorrow resting. Treat yourself to your favourite food if possible. Wrap up snug and warm and get as comfortable as possible.
Hope you feel better soon.
I’d love to be able to but with the anxiety I can’t sit still or concentrate on anything
How are you feeling now?
Have you heard of SHOUT ?
I don't know anyone who's used this service but understand it has a good reputation (and it's 24 hours).
If you'd like to try it, text 85258
If you want to look into it first you could Google ' SHOUT'.
I'm sorry you're going through this. I know it doesn't help to say I understand because I go through the same thing. You feel how you feel. One minute I'm ok then poof I'm wondering why I'm here. In my opinion, life is stressful in all forms right now so it can have this rollercoaster effect, I hate it, I hate struggling but...each minute is a new one. We can do this, we can get through this!!
