Feel numb

Hi. Not been on here for a while. How is everyone doing? 🙂 Don't know what my post is about to be honest, I'm just sat here writing what comes into my head. It's strange today. I'm very tired, feel numb inside, no motivation, can't be bothered to cook food, going to my boyfriends later but I have no motivation to get ready. I want to stay in bed. Sorry if I've bored anybody, lol
