I have been getting weird sleeping hours. I woke up at 4 on Tuesday, Tuesday night I went to bed early but was so much more tired in the morning for some reason, and now I’m up at 3 and can’t get back to bed. I’m really scared and don’t know what’s up with my sleep schedule. I have Highschool and knowing I didn’t get a good night sleep makes me worry about how well I’m going to do today.

Yeah it can feel unnerving to have a change in your sleep pattern all of a sudden. Was there something different in your routine or a new medication that might be responsible?
I have found getting regular exercise is great for sleeping well. Have you tried exercising regularly like for an hour or so 4-5 days a week?
Keep the same sleep schedule every night. If you have changed your routine at night, you are doing more blue light as in staying on devices more before bed than you were, changes in eating habits and schedules, get back to what is normal. If you are moving around less as in less physical activity, add in that as well, exercise as mentioned will help (earlier in the day, morning but not in the evening). Stress and anxiety are known sleep stealers, managing this should help you avoid disruptions in your sleep. Transient insomnia is temporary, but look for reasons to get a handle on it before it becomes problematic and longer term.
