Hi, I’m new here. I don’t have enough money for therapy in the traditional sense, so I’ve had to get creative. I’ve done alright for myself in that sense, I suppose. But I have a question that stands out that I cannot seem to get an answer to.
How do you get over past trauma/move on?
The idea of doing so, in order to live a better life and be free, is all good and I have that down pat. I just don’t know how to do it.
Does anyone have any tips? Ideas? Tricks that work/worked/are working for them?
I feel held back every day by past issues from my teenage years and cannot seem to grow without them haunting me, stopping it, or hurting me. They range from friendships, relationships, physical and mental issues.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
