My heart is thumping like crazy my forehead burns and my stomach hurts I feel like I can't breathe I don't wanna die and I got the shakes and burps now I'm gagging and dry heaving I have the chills

Sounds like more than severe anxiety attack. Panic attacks cause these symptoms. It helps to take deep breathes to decrease your heart rate. What goes through your mind when you have these attacks?

Hi I have experienced it. I know you have days when you feel alright and ask why all this should happen to you. I am not an expert but it happens as a result of some thoughts. There are alot of things bothering me. I'm afraid I'll die young and I won't be able to raise my baby. And some other things. 😪
