Worst panic attack ever

I just had one of the worst panic attacks ever , i felt a shocking sharp pain under my jaw like by my neck and my throat felt like it was closing ,, instant PANIC ATTACK , i went to the hospital and they said nothing was wrong anyone ever experienced this?????

Yes, My first big panic attack I thought I was having a heart attack. I felt pressure and pain in my chest, my left arm, in my back between my shoulder blades and up my neck and jaw. I thought I was going to lose consciousness but didn’t. I went to the ER and got checked. They told me it was anxiety. This led to me experiencing severe anxiety for several months like I had never experienced before. I was prescribed medication (Prozac and xanax) and I started seeking help from a therapist. The anxiety lowered and I eventually felt better. I’ve been coping with this for about 3 1/2 or 4 years now. I have periods where I feel better and some where I feel worse. I’m currently experiencing health anxiety myself, but not panicking. Having a therapist is definitely helpful. I hope you feel better soon.
