Hi gerrerd, there was a time that I felt that maybe if I had a bandage from head to toe,

people would take me more seriously about my emotional pain. It wasn't until the day

I realized I had to be my own advocate in order to get better. You are absolutely right

in saying " I knew if I didn't, then no one else would". How true that was.

Yes thanks im very well, just been for a massage its great after months of lock down ! they finaly opened again. Still very busy doing the house and garden. Hope your keeping well. Ray xxxx
