I'm having a really bad day today I'm so anxious I feel like it's never going to end or I'll feel normal again. I was out eating with my family and had to hurry and leave i'm scared something bad is gonna happen to me

Hi Leo I sympathise with you I am suffering the same terrible fear of everything and anything and this virus has really made me scared because I also have a chronic lung condition so terrified to go anywhere or mix with anybody.I have been shielding for 7 months and it looks like We will be back into lockdown again soon I hope you start to feel less anxious soon and your life gets back to normal take care and stay safe.
