someone from here has suffered from dermatophagia?

how do they control it?

I have been in therapy and under medication but.. I feel that every time I get worse ... my hands literally hurts all the time and I can't stop

Yes, I have suffered with it for years. It is caused from anxiety, not feeling safe ir loved fully. Only Gods peace and love can relieve it. God is love. Seek Him and you will find Him. He loves you dearly and fully.💕
