I never thought I needed anyone to help me fight depression, anxiety, or manic moments. I'm not even sure this will help. Not sure where to start or what to say. I guess I here to read some posts and see if I belong. Thank you.

We are all here to help. We all struggle in different ways and get support from others who understand what we’re going through. I’d be surprised to find someone who doesn’t need help fighting their depression or anxiety. I take whatever help I can get because it’s beyond my abilities to help myself sometimes. When I’m feeling fragile and about to break, I read the other posts. I feel less alone that way. I read the advice given and it sometimes helps me to cope. Then I get completely distracted reading other posts and my mind goes into helping mode. Next thing I know, I’m responding to those posts with the best advice I can think of, desperately trying to help. Now I’ve completely forgotten my own problems because I got so wrapped up in what I was doing. There’s probably nothing you can post where someone else isn’t feeling the same way. Please feel free to explain what you’re struggling with and you will find lots of support and love here 💕
