Need a depression buddy

Is anyone 40+ interested in being my depression buddy? I need someone I can call or text when I'm having a bad day--or a good day, for that matter. (We need to celebrate the victories, right?) I'm willing to do the same for you. I live alone and don't have much social contact, and coping with depression on my own is too much.
