Well here I am again with heart anxiety. Ever since I can remember, my heart rate elevates during and after my morning shower. I know blood vessels dilate in heat which raises heart rate, but I can’t help but occasionally focus and worry about it. My HR has gone to 136 as I’m getting ready in the morn. Throughly day I’m in 70s-80s. I don’t have any other signs of POTS. I do know I don’t hydrate well and I’m sure that would help. I’m 53 female, normal weight and BP. Have had ekg/echo/24 hour monitor and stress test in past. I think all this covid anxieties making me focus on my pulse. Anyone else feel like this post shower? Thanks!
