for the last 4 years my anxiety in regards to the changing climate have gotten worse every year and it’s hard to find specific support catered to this topic.
I find it very hard to not feel an overwhelming sense of doom and anguish and the fires on the west coast and news about melting glaciers are hard to deal with.
Has anyone here found solace in any mental exercises or actions? Is anyone else dealing with this? Are there specific communities tailored toward this topic?
thanks.

As an Oregonian with more of my state on fire than I've ever seen before I know how you feel. I don't think i've ever seen anything specifically for climate change but honestly this fits in with things you can't possibly have any control over and there are plenty of groups for that. Radical acceptance should be covered if you do any DBT or CBT group class, saying you have no power over it can be scary and you certainly do have individual power to do your part, but letting it run your life is obviously not healthy since you can't force everyone to do what they should already be doing. I hope that this is at least a little helpful.
