I have constantly elevated blood pressure in th range if 150/100 at a young age of 27. I am worried about long term effects on my health later on. Should i treat it with meds or not? I can't exercise bcoz i have no energy in my body and no interest or motivation. Anybody has high blood pressure from stress. How to treat it?

Actually exercise will help lower your blood pressure to a possible manageable BP... I wouldn't be as worried if your bottom number was low but because you have both numbers a bit too high, I am concerned. I would talk to your doctor about going on a small amount of medication because it's not horrible numbers, but, for your age, that is just too high. Here is some information to help you.
