moved into a new home but it's not my safe place...(yet)

Hi guys, last week my family moved into a new home. I have had alot of trouble with agoraphobia type feelings. I miss my old home. It was my normal, safe place. Now I'm having panic and there is no safe place for me to go.

Has anyone else moved and felt this way? If so how did you cope and get better? I know my wife and kids are here and this will be home one day but man do I want to run back to the old place and feel safe.
