I can’t wake up tomorrow I can’t do this anymore. I can’t keep walking around with a fake smile hoping things get better because they never do. I just want this to be over for good

Hi roygbi, would you like to talk about your feelings and what causes you

to feel that things won't get better?

Does this have something to do with that boyfriend?

You need to change "can't" into "can"

No one or nothing is worth you not waking up tomorrow..

There's a reason you are here. You may not know what it is but we all have

a purpose to be here at this time and place. It wasn't just by chance but by Fate.

When you wake up tomorrow, and you will, do what I do first thing upon awakening...

I say out loud "I'm Back" It puts you in control and into a positive position.

Don't wish or want for something you may have big regrets over... :) xx

I think I understand something of the despair.

Depression and feelings are liers. They do not reflect reality.

I'm sure you have a cheer squad who would be devastated if you were no longer around. We, on Health Unlocked, would be devastated if one of us was no longer around.

Perhaps my biggest word of advice would be to get walking, get running. 6 weeks of running 3 times/week has been shown to be as effective or better than anti-depressants. Even walking is useful as it gets your brain focussing on something other than the feelings.

See your doctor. Don't think that you have to walk this journey by yourself. There are many professionals who will do what it takes to keep you safe and well.

Hi Roygbi, not sure what to say, I was there a few weeks, didn't want anyone to tell me anything, but when people started listening I started to feel better so if you would like someone to listen. I would be happy to. Jerry

You can do it. A lot of people feel that way sometimes. Do you! Be happy with just the little things you can do. You can listen to music, you can walk a dog you can do a lot. Things change always even when you dont want them to, but just remember you have that power to change something always, and thats you. Never mind what others do or how they think you can't chane it things change you have no control on. Seems to me, people that have depression and anxiety just have more feelings and heart than those that don't, we can at least empathize Perfectly normal to me. Tomorrow is new, go for it, make you happy! God Bless 🤗

Hey, I know exactly how you feel. Let's do this together. 1 minute at a time. When you feel you can't go on, do you know of a time when you were able to do so, even if it was for 1 day. If so, it has helped me to think, I got through that 1 day, I can do it again. Sending you a hug. I'm here. I hear you. I get it. Also, if it's hard to do a lot of things right now, try and do 1, even if it's small. If I can roll out of bed and brush my teeth....yay!! I step outside in backyard even for 5 minutes....I got air and I did something. One step at a time. If your brain says something sucky....try to replace it with a positive, again, no matter how small. I know these things seem small, but over time actually help.

Hi- I’m so sorry that you are going through such a rough time. In my experience, no matter how difficult a situation is, it gets better with God's help. Surrounding myself with people who pray and encourage me is a big help.

It would be better if you have someone you can talk to or feel free to share anytime. I hope you will find comfort here. We are here for each other.

Try to do things that you enjoy, it will help you not to focus on your feelings. Walking outdoors especially with sunlight uplifts someone’s mood. Talk to your doctor.

We all have days where we just want it to be over! I have suicidal ideations almost on a daily basis. But please don't give up 5 minutes before your miracle! Stop the fake smile! If you aren't feeling well or depressed, don't hide it. It's a good way to see who will walk with you in the dark and not just in the light!
