Please tell me about this group and for my daughters age group she’s 24

Hi emarion, I’m 23 years old and this group has changed my world. It helps so much to just get on and see what people are experiencing it helps make you feel not alone with your depression and anxiety and reading others posts gives me hope that even though I’m struggling now it will get better with time. My mom encouraged me to join this and it really has made all the difference. It doesn’t matter how old you are people from every age are struggling with the same things!
