Life feels boring?

The past is in the past. I have no interest in telling my abuse history. I know in this time I struggle with chronic pain and anxiety making it hard for me to live a pain FREE life. This is a little about me. Anyways, I feel bored of life. I feel there is nothing to keep me interested for a long period of time. I have few friends online, and none in Real Life. I don't know what to do. I'm 21 years old. This Costochondritis pain I have in my chest is weighing me down and I'm afraid to take any pills for inflammation. Also, my mind is blank and I have nothing to look forward to.😔💔

I have this also. I’m in a terrible flare today. Did well with it most the day now I’m feeling more panic. If I keep ice on my chest it doesn’t hurt so I should assume not Heart but my ocd seems to push me to it. I did too much yesterday and has a lot of stress. How are you holding up? ✌🏻🙏🏻
