I had a bad anxiety attack last night and it was very though to get through and it lasted a little longer than usual but I had people to help me calm down and get through by talking to me and try to get me to think happy thoughts

They are the worst. I also had one last night. Through the grace of God, got thru it on my own. They are scary but I have to tell myself it is just a feeling. I am attaching the danger to it. Easier said than done but I made it. Take care and be thankful you had someone to help you through it.
