Yep, it sounds like a panic attack 😔
When I get like that, I try my favorite (well, the only one I like lol) grounding technique. I call it the five game. I find five things I can see, four things I can touch, three things I can hear, and (if absolve) two things I can smell and one I can taste. And I describe each in extremely deep detail. Like, I spend a lot of time on every single part. And by the end I usually feel a lot better 💙

Panic attacks come in many shapes and sizes as there are sufferers.
What is important to realize, is what might trigger it and to learn a grounding technique to distract you from the symptoms as soon as they start. You might have to research a few to find the right one for you.
A therapist with the right training can help bring anxiety one and provide coaching for you in a managed, a safe & controlled environment.
I had to agree to this and I admit I was scared thinking about the idea😳. It was physically and mentally exhausting but worth it. The session proved I can stop my anxiety in its tracks. Practice, practice and practice some more until you can control the big A👌
