Don’t know if I’m overreacting

Is it only me ? Sometimes I feel like I have a lump in my throat. I don’t know if it’s caused by my anxiety or not. I feel a bothery feeling in my throat and when I swallow saliva it goes away for a second then I feel it there again. Maybe it’s just me ?

Two things can be causing that. The first is anxiety and tensing your throat. The other can be something called Barrett's Esophagus. In that case, I would ask your doctor to do a routine Endoscopy to rule it out. I have almost choked due to having this problem and it can be very scary. It can't hurt to be sure. Keep me updated please?

I get this a lot. Mine is a feeling of wanting to cry. Sometimes if I cry it goes away. I guess it’s just an overwhelming feeling some days.
