Panic Attack and Anxiety

I got a new job and I’m so excited and so focused on not messing up but I think I have already. I told my boss yesterday during work that I wasn’t feeling good I was feeling cold symptoms but I forgot I developed allergies after my baby was born and it was really likely that that was what was bothering me not Covid but I was really worried that it could be a possibility so I left work early and my boss told me to come back with a doctors note and that I need to take the covid test. My anxiety is acting bad really bad now there’s more but I can’t finish

I should just go take the test but I called the doctored office and there are going to give me a note tomorrow. I called the office to let them know and they asked me for a receipt of my test and I told them I hadn’t taken it yet just that the doctors office said it’s likely allergies.

Then they told me they would call me back. I don’t want to lose the job I just got it and I’m so excited I always do this I feel so stupid
