Has anyone thought their dosage of Fluoxetine maybe was too high and causing aches and pain

I have been on Fluoxetine for a long time but in late February my dosage was upped to 40 mg from 20mg since then even though my anxiety seems better I have been suffering with neck pain and headaches has anyone else had trouble like this ,it's not easy to speak to a doctor never mind your own at the moment due to Covid , my doctor wanted to up me to 30 mg but as there wasn't a 10mg it had to go up by 20mg , has anyone wondered if their disease was too high and how did they feel ,how did it effect them , Please Help if You have any advice ,I am fed up of feeling like this
