Hi me again I've had on going stomach issues for a while I've been to hospital and doctors and they all said it was acid reflux because of my anxiety got tablets got better but today it's back but it wont go away it's like tight band in my stomach like someone pushing on it and I feel like I want to go toilet is this the same thing as before anyone have this at all I'm getting a bit panicky now

I have acid reflux bad and do not worry. It sucks yeah and YES it will cause you ANXIETY and ALL KINDS OF SCARY SYMPTOMS and yes it DOES affect your digestion. So do not worry. What you are describing sounds completely normal to me. I have been suffering for YEARS. Please get an acid reducer like Cimetidine. Best of luck.

My mom had the same tight band feeling and she had to switch acid reflux meds.... and it went away
