Propranolol

How have you found propranolol? Has anyone found it useful to help anxiety?

I’ve been suffering with anxiety, headaches & vertigo & dr prescribed that

I have trouble sleeping so I’m bit worried how it might affect sleep

I had no idea they used this for anxiety. I only know what it is because my son was put on this after his second heart surgery due to being tachypneic, so to hear it might help with anxiety is intriguing to me. Curious to see if anyone else has any input on this. Hopefully it works out for you! Please keep me updated
