Lamictal and what else?

What all else does everyone take with their lamitcal? I need more help. I KNOOOOOW the doc will make the best decision BUT what have y’all had success with? My depression just wont leave. The lamictal helps but I need more help.

i take lamictal and effexor for BPD-II.

fairly low dosage both, good results 5+ years

i know it’s MUCH easier said than done, but: regular exercise is the #1 best cure for depression.
