It’s so tiring dealing with the symptoms of anxiety and now I have to deal with side effects of the medication!

Hi my friend had medication but said the side effects go after few weeks do you mean drowsiness and feeling sick I tried medication I never took it for long as I don't have it all the time I get by with deep breathing and I have mediation c d hoping to go swimming again exercise helps me also chatting on here someone told me of a teqhnique deep breath to count of 4 hold for 7 then big puff out when the anxiety comes on Paul mackenna was on other day said hand on chest deep breath in out on the third breath think back to a time you felt good have I also pray but I have strong faith in spirit due to experience
