Last few rough days

Hello everyone on here hope everyone is having a good Tuesday. Just wanted to reach out and vent a little, I’ve been feeling pretty down the last few days, I did stop taking my Trintillex suddenly about two weeks ago. And of course the whole virus thing isn’t helping people with mental disease. I know their a lot of people struggling these days, being sick, or financially. I pray every morning for all those struggling out there and I hope life returns to normal sooner than later. Bless everyone on this site. SAMSON

hopefully your rough days come to an end soon going cold turkey can be hard if you had been on those meds over a long period of time.it is very challenging in every aspect of our lives and i hope we all come through it including you.

Bless you too Strongest123 and I hope you feel better soon. You are so kind to think of other people when you are feeling low yourself. Not many people are like that and it is so good to know there are people like you out there I.e. kind,caring people
