Does anyone take lithium? I’m scared of it

No I don’t take it but my x took it for over 10 yrs and she had no bad side effects ... I have heard only good results . I was recently diagnosed with bipolar depression. I am a wreck 😂

Yes I take 300mg a day. If you take more than that you have to have your blood checked often. I haven't had any side effects from it, but I'm not sure if it's helping either. I've been taking it for about 7 weeks.

Hi. I’ve taken lithium before. It just didn’t work for me. I know it works for some people. I wasn’t scared to take it because I wanted to feel better. Hope you do feel better.
